The Lodge on 4th is a purpose-built Complex Care facility designed to support residents who need secure and safe care along with appropriate supports 24 hours a day.
The Lodge on 4th opened in 2007 and offers contemporary accommodations, equipment and amenities. We have combined the importance of design with professional and caring staff to provide individualized care and supports for each resident.
There are 101 rooms divided into smaller “neighbourhoods” or “communities” for improved lifestyles. Our facility offers wonderful views and has been described by others as not only up-to-date but also it retains a home-like atmosphere. Lodge on 4th has a very nice feel about it and ranks amongst the best facilities in the province for our residents. A great deal of attention and thought was put into the design and furnishing of the facility.
The facility operates under The Community Care and Assisted Living Act and accompanying Regulations. The Vancouver Island Health Authority in partnership with the Lodge on 4th has a business relationship in conjunction with government funding for the care and support of residents.
