The painter ensures the youthful appearance of the building. He must ensure the safety of residents when working. In addition to painting, the painter also performs general maintenance work on a building.
Responsibilities:
Performs all painting work. Prepares all surfaces to be painted using plaster or other materials.
Prepares, paints and stains furniture or other furniture and applies the requested finish.
Ensures the maintenance and cleanliness of the premises.
Maintains a safe environment for the user / resident, staff and visitors. Performs other related functions as needed.
Requirements:
Have a DEP as a house painter or any other similar training or equivalent experience.
Knowledge of materials and surfaces, such as metal, brick, wood, stone and plaster, and ability to work with them.
Good manual dexterity and attention to detail. Ability to understand and express themselves in French or English in writing.
Valid driver's license and a car for occasional trips.Cell phone.
Availability to work a few weekends.
