Key Responsibilities include:

  • Providing resident care under the supervision of the Resident Care Director
  • Assisting residents with daily activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, changing of bed linens, and incontinence care
  • Facilitating programs to engage residents
  • Maintaining a positive and homelike environment for residents while ensuring they feel safe and purposeful

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Current Nursing Assistant Certification (CNA) in the state of practice and CPR certificate
  • Willing to train
  • Flexibility with schedule and available to work evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Ability to communicate effectively with resident, families, staff, vendors, state officials, and the general public
  • Must have compassion for and a desire to work with seniors, specifically those with dementia/Alzheimer's
  • Must meet all health requirements (including TB) and pass background checks
