Key responsibilities include:

  • Directing management and supervising business operations within the community
  • Coordinating and overseeing all Human Resources, Payroll, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable
  • Ensuring efficient and effective communication with other departments
  • Monitoring business unit efficiency levels and financial resource utilization

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1 year of office experience; sheduling/staffing and payroll experience a plus, experience in a senior living setting preferred
  • Must be professional, organized and able to multi task in a fast paced environment
  • Proficiency with computers and software applications, including typing and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communications abilities, as well as customer service skills
  • Flexibility with schedule
  • Must enjoy working with the senior population
