QUALIFICATIONS

• Registered with the College of Nurses in the Province of Ontario
• Current Certificate of Competence as Registered Practical Nurse of the College of Nurses
• Experience in Geriatric care an asset
• Experience working in a similar setting
• Good Communication Skills in English

Required Skills & Experience

The Health and Wellness Manager is responsible for the high quality of care and service to the Residents, and oversees the smooth operation of the Nursing and (if applicable) Housekeeping Departments. As a senior member of the Management Team, this person is required to have an understanding of the operation of the Residence as a whole.
