Key responsibilities include:

  • Oversee management and day to day operations of the community
  • Hire and supervise employees ensuring adequate staffing
  • Implement approached and services to maintain and enhance resident independence and satisfaction
  • Participate in sales and marketing activities while developing and implementing an annual business plan that achieves the financial goals and maintains high occupancy through marketing strategies.

Required Skills
  • 3 years Executive Director experience in an assisted or independent living community
  • Assisted Living Administrator's license in the state a plus
  • Assisted Living experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare, gerontology, business or related field preferred
  • Ability to read & interpret financial statements & manage a budget
  • Work history that supports ability to hire, direct & manage associated with the aging population
