Key Responsibilities include:
- Managing the health care of all residents, including the dissemination of information to families and staff
- Supervise & disciplinary actions to all nursing staff (CNAs/LPNs)
- Train, Educate nursing staff on an ongoing basis, in-services & situational training/counsel
- Schedule 35+ nursing associates
- Tasks as delegated/assigned by Director of Nursing

- Current Practical Nursing Licensure (LPN) in good standing for the state of NC
- Two or more (2+) years of nursing experience, Assisted Living experience a plus!
- Focused, organized, assertive, demonstrate good common sense, critical thinking skills
- Positive attitude, contribute to a therapeutic moral
- Flexible with schedule
- Must enjoy working with the senior population
