Five Star Senior Living seeks Sales Specialist. Five Star Senior Living we operate and manage over 200 communities which are comprised of Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care and Full Service communities.

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in sales or marketing)
• Minimum of 5 to 10 years of previous sales experience required. Prior experience specific to Assisted Living, Independent Living and Memory Care communities with significant level of responsibility and accountability for goal achievement is required
• Valid Driver’s License required
• Strong communication skills
• Proficiency in Sales Customer Relationship Management Systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Programs
• Demonstrated ability to train, coach and mentor Sales Professionals
• Ability to sell effectively and to close transactions
• Ability to partner with Operations
• The ability to travel and work flexible hours
