(1) provide direct nursing care to residents and (2) supervise day-to-day activities performed by Certified Nursing Assistants in accordance with state and federal standards that govern facility.

• (1) LPN license in the State of Florida,
• (2) ability to work with handicapped or developmentally disabled adults and the elderly,
• (3) minimum 1 year experience in an LTC facility is desirable,
