As a Sunrise Activities Assistant you will be responsible for assisting with the day to day activities and programs for a Sunrise Senior Living community. You will assist and lead volunteer based activities and programs that enrich the lives of the residents. 

As an Activities Assistant you will maintain relationships with local schools, businesses and social organizations in maintaining an active network of volunteers and community resources. You will maintain a monthly calendar of activities and events that provide a variety of resident and family centered experiences. 

In this key role you will be responsible for providing the highest degree of quality care and services by administering medication and treatments in a safe and organized manner. A summary of responsibilities include but not limited to administration of medications, documentation of medication administration and resident care while demonstrating the Mission for Sunrise Senior Living, "to champion the quality of life for all seniors" in accordance with federal, state and local standards and regulations and Sunrise Senior Living policies to promote the highest degree of quality care and services to our residents. 

Responsible for performing general housekeeping duties in resident suites, public areas and support areas as assigned while meeting or exceeding Sunrise's quality standards. Such responsibilities include:

• Maintaining the commercial laundry in a clean, orderly and sanitary condition.
• Collecting, cleaning and redistributing the community laundry.
• Properly sorting, washing and drying linens following the approved laundry procedures.
• Responsible for trash collection and removal and maintaining trash receptacles and collection areas in a clean, sanitary manner.
• Assists Care Givers and Department Leaders with resident care when requested

As a Sunrise cook, you will be responsible for the preparation and serving of meals, sanitation of food service areas, accurate record keeping, receiving, rotating and inventory of products and regulatory compliance. Serving the residents in our community and as a key member of the dining services team, you will ensure all special dietary needs are met and prepare texture modified food as directed. You will follow the specially prepared Sunrise menus and production sheets to maintain the highest possible quality and consistency. Compliance with all record keeping, food safety and risk management requirements are essential. 

As a Sunrise Activities Assistant you will be responsible for assisting with the day to day activities and programs for a Sunrise Senior Living community. You will assist and lead volunteer based activities and programs that enrich the lives of the residents. 

As an Activities Assistant you will maintain relationships with local schools, businesses and social organizations in maintaining an active network of volunteers and community resources. In the role of "Reminiscence Coordinator" you will be responsible for leading and managing the reminiscence neighborhood. You will champion the resident care and programs, and share your knowledge through outreach and support to families. At Sunrise, we build personal relationships and trust with each of our residents by selecting a designated care manager for each resident. This benefits the residents and team members by deepening the understanding and bond between them. As the Reminiscence Coordinator, you will facilitate that process and lead the Reminiscence Neighborhood team. This includes recruiting, hiring, training and coaching a high quality team. Providing recognition and creating an engaged culture for your team members, residents and families will be an important part of your leadership role.

• Establishing ongoing procedures to collect and review information needed to assist in billing and accounting support services to meet business performance results, deadlines and reporting
• Following the monthly accounting calendar to ensure all financial data expectations and deadlines are met
• Processing bi-weekly payroll, responding to payroll developments, trends, regulations and business controls
• Maintaining team member personnel information, including payroll processing, updating personnel files/binders and training records
• Championing the team member on-boarding and welcome orientation process

As the Executive Director, you will be responsible for providing overall leadership, management and success of a premier senior living community. You will be expected to create a positive atmosphere in the community for residents, family & friends, and all team members. 

Responsibilities include the hiring, supervising and training of a high quality team, team member relations and recognition, communication, family services, resident well being, quality assurance, financial management and regulatory compliance. Additionally, a key component of this position is the ownership of the Sales & Marketing process to ensure maximization of revenue and our market position.
