The Account Manager Business Development is responsible for identifying potential referral sources within a defined market that will provide high-quality leads across the communities in their portfolio, qualify potential, and prioritize accounts, based on the communities' needs and services. Have the ability to identify work with referrals of Sunrise Senior Living and categorize referral sources based on lead and move-in production, as well as impact on the entire market; create as strategy which optimizes production from highest quality sources. Account Managers develop business-to-business relationships with these referral sources which result in a steady stream of quality referrals while coordinating with Executive Directors and Director of Sales of communities to ensure leads are followed up and worked according to the Sunrise Sales Process.

As a Sunrise cook, you will be responsible for the preparation and serving of meals, sanitation of food service areas, accurate record keeping, receiving, rotating and inventory of products and regulatory compliance. Serving the residents in our community and as a key member of the dining services team, you will ensure all special dietary needs are met and prepare texture modified food as directed. You will follow the specially prepared Sunrise menus and production sheets to maintain the highest possible quality and consistency. Compliance with all record keeping, food safety and risk management requirements are essential.

In the role of "Reminiscence Coordinator" you will be responsible for leading and managing the reminiscence neighborhood. You will champion the resident care and programs, and share your knowledge through outreach and support to families. At Sunrise, we build personal relationships and trust with each of our residents by selecting a designated care manager for each resident. This benefits the residents and team members by deepening the understanding and bond between them. As the Reminiscence Coordinator, you will facilitate that process and lead the Reminiscence Neighborhood team. This includes recruiting, hiring, training and coaching a high quality team. The Maintenance team member is responsible for performing general maintenance and housekeeping duties in the community and around the community grounds as assigned. Responsible for assisting with maintaining a safe, clean and comfortable environment for the residents, guests and team members.

• Responsibilities The Dining Room Care Manager is responsible for providing dining and table services to residents in the community's dining rooms and designated areas in accordance with Sunrise Senior Living standards.
• The Dining Room Care Manager is responsible for serving as a role model in providing dining service and assisting with training care givers, maintaining proper dining room set up, assisting in special events, monitoring appropriate checklists in support of the dining area cleanliness and readiness standards and assisting in table top inventories maintenance.
• The Dining Room Care Manager is responsible for handling all food and beverages in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards and complies with all federal, state and local regulatory procedures regarding food service.

Responsible for performing general housekeeping duties in resident suites, public areas and support areas as assigned while meeting or exceeding Sunrise's quality standards. Such responsibilities include: - Maintaining the commercial laundry in a clean, orderly and sanitary condition. - Collecting, cleaning and redistributing the community laundry. - Properly sorting, washing and drying linens following the approved laundry procedures. - Responsible for trash collection and removal and maintaining trash receptacles and collection areas in a clean, sanitary manner. - Assists Care Givers and Department Leaders with resident care when requested.

In this exciting role, you will be responsible for the overall management and success of the Terrace Club program. These responsibilities include ensuring excellence in programming content and implementation, providing outreach and support to families, being resourceful and knowledgeable on managing and supporting memory loss and the evolving information on brain fitness. Responsible for championing the care partner concept throughout the Terrace Club, assisting in the recruiting, hiring, training of team members; completing staffing, scheduling and timekeeping review, team member recognition, engagement and performance management
