Responsibilities include but are not limited to overall well being of our residents, assisting in training and monitoring of medication care administration, communication with resident support services and families and maintaining clinical quality assurance while leading and demonstrating the Mission for Sunrise Senior Living, "to champion the quality of life for all seniors" in accordance with federal, state and local standards and Sunrise Senior Living policies to promote the highest degree of quality care and services to our residents.

• The Server is responsible for providing dining and table services to residents and guests in the community's dining rooms and designated areas in accordance with Sunrise Senior Living standards.
• Responsible for proper dining set-up, providing meal and dining services and cleaning of the dining rooms. 
• Responsible for taking meal and beverage orders and serving requested items according to established guidelines. 
• Responsible for handling all foods in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards and complies with all federal, state and local regulatory procedures regarding food service. 
• Partners with community team to ensure community is in compliance with OSHA requirements and promotion of Risk Management programs and policies; adherence to safety rules and regulations.

Responsible for performing general housekeeping duties in resident suites, public areas and support areas as assigned while meeting or exceeding Sunrise's quality standards. Such responsibilities include:

• Maintaining the commercial laundry in a clean, orderly and sanitary condition. 
• Collecting, cleaning and redistributing the community laundry. 
• Properly sorting, washing and drying linens following the approved laundry procedures. 
• Responsible for trash collection and removal and maintaining trash receptacles and collection areas in a clean, sanitary manner. 
• Assists Care Givers and Department Leaders with resident care when requested. 

The Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Facilities Management functions in the community and around the community grounds. The primary responsibility is maintaining a safe, clean and comfortable environment for the residents. This is accomplished by having a working knowledge of building systems and related code requirements. These systems include plumbing, HVAC, electrical, mechanical and equipment repair. The position requires a team player with sound organizational, time management skills who enjoys working with seniors and interacts positively with all team members to meet the community's objectives.

As a Sunrise cook, you will be responsible for the preparation and serving of meals, sanitation of food service areas, accurate record keeping, receiving, rotating and inventory of products and regulatory compliance. Serving the residents in our community and as a key member of the dining services team, you will ensure all special dietary needs are met and prepare texture modified food as directed. You will follow the specially prepared Sunrise menus and production sheets to maintain the highest possible quality and consistency. Compliance with all record keeping, food safety and risk management requirements are essential.

The Dishwasher is responsible for performing various kitchen cleaning and storage activities such as but not limited to dish washing, pot washing, general and equipment cleaning, storage and rotation of food and supplies. Responsible for janitorial duties in various dining services areas such as Dining Room, Bistro and other areas associated as a Dining Activity. Responsible for handling all foods, storage and cleaning activities in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards and complies with all federal, state and local regulatory procedures regarding food storage, cleaning and preparation. 

The Life Enrichment Manager is responsible for consistently engaging residents in familiar routines of daily living through personalized Life Skills that "Create Pleasant Days" for residents. Life Skills are familiar tasks that residents enjoyed doing in the past that can still bring a sense of success, meaning and purpose in the present. The Life Enrichment Manager is responsible for designing Life Skills to reflect each resident's past interests and for providing them with encouragement, prompts and hands on assistance.

• Evaluates resident's interest and involvement in Life Skill.
• Develops Life Skills tailored to each resident's unique needs and abilities.
• Engages residents in Life Skills throughout the day and evening.
• Assist in maintaining an inventory of Life Skills programming supplies.
• As applicable, assist residents with daily care of any animals and/or plants as part of the Life Skills program and services.
