The Dishwasher is responsible for performing various kitchen cleaning and storage activities such as but not limited to dish washing, pot washing, general and equipment cleaning, storage and rotation of food and supplies. Responsible for janitorial duties in various dining services areas such as Dining Room, Bistro and other areas associated as a Dining Activity. Responsible for handling all foods, storage and cleaning activities in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards and complies with all federal, state and local regulatory procedures regarding food storage, cleaning and preparation.

Dignity Home Care, a division of Sunrise Senior Living, is seeking an inside sales person to lead our customer serivce and billing efforts as the Director of Customer Relations (DCR). This position will be based at our office in our Great Neck, NY.

The DCR is responsible for the development, growth, and management of all inside sales aspects of the territory for Dignity Home Care -- New York, New Jersey and Connecticut . This will include engaging potential clients and client family members in an effort to learn their needs and secure the relationship. The DCR will also have responsibility for Dignity's Accounts Receivables which includes timely collection calls/letters.

In the role of "Reminiscence Coordinator" you will be responsible for leading and managing the reminiscence neighborhood. You will champion the resident care and programs, and share your knowledge through outreach and support to families. At Sunrise, we build personal relationships and trust with each of our residents by selecting a designated care manager for each resident. This benefits the residents and team members by deepening the understanding and bond between them. As the Reminiscence Coordinator, you will facilitate that process and lead the Reminiscence Neighborhood team. This includes recruiting, hiring, training and coaching a high quality team. Providing recognition and creating an engaged culture for your team members, residents and families will be an important part of your leadership role.

As a Sunrise cook, you will be responsible for the preparation and serving of meals, sanitation of food service areas, accurate record keeping, receiving, rotating and inventory of products and regulatory compliance. Serving the residents in our community and as a key member of the dining services team, you will ensure all special dietary needs are met and prepare texture modified food as directed. You will follow the specially prepared Sunrise menus and production sheets to maintain the highest possible quality and consistency. Compliance with all record keeping, food safety and risk management requirements are essential.

The Life Enrichment Manager is responsible for consistently engaging residents in familiar routines of daily living through personalized Life Skills that "Create Pleasant Days" for residents. Life Skills are familiar tasks that residents enjoyed doing in the past that can still bring a sense of success, meaning and purpose in the present. The Life Enrichment Manager is responsible for designing Life Skills to reflect each resident's past interests and for providing them with encouragement, prompts and hands on assistance. - Evaluates resident's interest and involvement in Life Skill. - Develops Life Skills tailored to each resident's unique needs and abilities. - Engages residents in Life Skills throughout the day and evening. - Assist in maintaining an inventory of Life Skills programming supplies. - As applicable, assist residents with daily care of any animals and/or plants as part of the Life Skills program and services.

The Maintenance team member is responsible for performing general maintenance and housekeeping duties in the community and around the community grounds as assigned. Responsible for assisting with maintaining a safe, clean and comfortable environment for the residents, guests and team members.

As a Sunrise Activities Assistant you will be responsible for assisting with the day to day activities and programs for a Sunrise Senior Living community. You will assist and lead volunteer based activities and programs that enrich the lives of the residents.

As an Activities Assistant you will maintain relationships with local schools, businesses and social organizations in maintaining an active network of volunteers and community resources. You will maintain a monthly calendar of activities and events that provide a variety of resident and family centered experiences.
