The Dishwasher is responsible for performing various kitchen cleaning and storage activities such as but not limited to dish washing, pot washing, general and equipment cleaning, storage and rotation of food and supplies. Responsible for janitorial duties in various dining services areas such as Dining Room, Bistro and other areas associated as a Dining Activity. Responsible for handling all foods, storage and cleaning activities in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards and complies with all federal, state and local regulatory procedures regarding food storage, cleaning and preparation.

As the Clinical Care Manager, you will be responsible for providing assistance and supervision of the clinical care and services to residents in the skilled nursing operations in accordance with federal, state and local standards and Sunrise Senior Living policies in promotion of the highest degree of quality care and services to our residents.

Key duties include:

• Supervising the team members in the skilled nursing center to include but not limited to training, development, scheduling, disciplinary leadership and evaluations.
• Directing others and providing assistance in clinical care ensuring consistent delivery of quality resident services.
• Assisting the Director of Nursing Services (DNS) in maintaining the skilled nursing budget to include but not limited to labor expense, medical supplies, census.
• Understands and assists with the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process.
• Reviews and assists in case management of both Medicare & non-Medicare residents.

Responsible for performing general housekeeping duties in resident suites, public areas and support areas as assigned while meeting or exceeding Sunrise's quality standards. Such responsibilities include:

• Maintaining the commercial laundry in a clean, orderly and sanitary condition.
• Collecting, cleaning and redistributing the community laundry.
• Properly sorting, washing and drying linens following the approved laundry procedures.
• Responsible for trash collection and removal and maintaining trash receptacles and collection areas in a clean, sanitary manner.
• Assists Care Givers and Department Leaders with resident care when requested.

Responsibilities

• The Dining Room Care Manager is responsible for providing dining and table services to residents in the community's dining rooms and designated areas in accordance with Sunrise Senior Living standards.
• The Dining Room Care Manager is responsible for serving as a role model in providing dining service and assisting with training care givers, maintaining proper dining room set up, assisting in special events, monitoring appropriate checklists in support of the dining area cleanliness and readiness standards and assisting in table top inventories maintenance.
• The Dining Room Care Manager is responsible for handling all food and beverages in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards and complies with all federal, state and local regulatory procedures regarding food service.

In the role of "Reminiscence Supervisor" you will be responsible for providing leadership support of the reminiscence neighborhood. The Reminiscence Supervisor is a hands-on leader in the day to day operations directly supervising and assisting the reminiscence team, championing the designated care manager concept and providing resident care and services. Responsible for assisting in the recruiting, selection and training of team members as well as staffing and scheduling. Assists in promoting excellence in resident care and programming, assists with the outreach to families with an understanding of the evolving information on Alzheimer's disease. The Reminiscence Supervisor is responsible for assisting the community in maintaining high quality standards throughout the community.
