Key responsibilities include:

• Providing the Director of Sales & Marketing with strategic and operational support
• Receiving walk-in visitors, and conducting and completing sales calls to increase community occupancy and revenue
• Utilizing software applications to identify and contact sales leads for potential residents
• Effectively communicating benefits of resident care and touring community grounds with prospective residents
• Scheduling networking meetings to meet goals, including weekly hospital and competitor visits
• Creating, developing, organizing and maintaining special events calendar for the community to meet established monthly goals
• Support the Director of Sales and Marketing and will require some outside sales

Key Responsibilities include:

• Under supervision, cleaning, polishing, and sanitizing gathering and public spaces
• Cleaning residents’ apartments on a weekly basis or as needed
• Maintaining assigned areas in an orderly and attractive manner
• Submitting work orders to the maintenance team as needed
• Taking initiative to ensure resident safety and satisfaction is a priority
• Interacting with residents and visitors in a friendly and courteous manner, providing assistance and directions as requested

The Personalized Living Manager will work with residents and families assessing their needs and coordinating home services and home nursing services. Brookdale Personalized Services include: personalized nursing services, personalized assistant services, nursing services, medication reminder service, companionship visits, bathing assistance service, laundry service, good morning/good evening service, escort and errand service, out of town/away service, services for miscellaneous tasks, personal assistant service and much more.

• Works with residents and families to develop plan of care to meet the needs for the resident
• Coordinates alternative resources for associates and families
• Coordinates orientation for all new Personalized Living associates

• Performs basic assessments of patient condition at pre-admission, admission and ongoing through the course of treatment
• Provides instruction, guidance, and treatment to patients under supervision of Occupational Therapist
• Inform patient, family, and team members of the patient’s needs based upon the assessment and/or treatment

• Ensuring residents and guests with scheduled appointments are serviced promptly
