The Life Enrichment Manager is responsible for consistently engaging residents in familiar routines of daily living through personalized Life Skills that 'Create Pleasant Days' for residents. Life Skills are familiar tasks that residents enjoyed doing in the past that can still bring a sense of success, meaning and purpose in the present. The Life Enrichment Manager is responsible for designing Life Skills to reflect each resident's past interests and for providing them with encouragement, prompts and hands on assistance.

• Evaluates resident's interest and involvement in Life Skill.
• Develops Life Skills tailored to each resident's unique needs and abilities.
• Engages residents in Life Skills throughout the day and evening.
• Assist in maintaining an inventory of Life Skills programming supplies.
• As applicable, assist residents with daily care of any animals and/or plants as part of the Life Skills program and services.

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing direct resident care and supervision of the resident care of licensed and non-licensed team members in the skilled nursing operations and other areas throughout the community as appropriate. In accordance with federal, state and local standards and Sunrise Senior Living policies, you will be working closely with family members and consulting with community physician(s) to ensure residents' needs are being attended to in a personalized way. As a community leader, you will assist with the development of Designated Nursing Assistants and Certified Nursing Assistants.

• Responsibilities The Dining Room Care Manager is responsible for providing dining and table services to residents in the community's dining rooms and designated areas in accordance with Sunrise Senior Living standards.
• The Dining Room Care Manager is responsible for serving as a role model in providing dining service and assisting with training care givers, maintaining proper dining room set up, assisting in special events, monitoring appropriate checklists in support of the dining area cleanliness and readiness standards and assisting in table top inventories maintenance.
• The Dining Room Care Manager is responsible for handling all food and beverages in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards and complies with all federal, state and local regulatory procedures regarding food service.

The Designated Nursing Assistant / Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A) at THE QUADRANGLE is responsible for providing direct resident care including nursing/clinical care, personal, nutritional and restorative care in the skilled nursing operations and other areas throughout the community as appropriate. You will be responsible for a designated group of residents and operate in direct support of the Sunrise Mission "To Champion Quality of Life for All Seniors".

You will partner with the licensed nursing staff to plan, develop, organize, provide and execute individualized restorative therapy programs and maintain Restorative Records for each guests/resident. You will also assist in maintaining adaptive equipment and other medical equipment to include cleaning equipment and making readily available.

City Creek Post Acute is a 73 bed capacity skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility located in Salt Lake City, Utah between downtown and the University of Utah where residents and their families feel loved, informed, and comfortable. The most successful candidate will develop caring relationships with the patients and practice quality customer service with residents and their families taking the role of patient advocate when necessary.
