Key responsibilities include:

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting clients with activities of daily living and personal care
• Following work assignments and/or work schedules in completing and performing assigned tasks
• Observing the resident's general, physical, and mental condition and reporting all accidents and/or incidents to the Agency Manager or designee immediately

Reporting to the Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for meeting Resident needs by providing initial assessments, consultations and recommendations regarding the Resident’s physical and functional abilities. This role also contributes to the Musculo Skeletal Injury Prevention Program, participates as a member of the OHS Team to review Team Member injuries, reports incident trends and provides input to risk identification and reduction.
